28th July


I'm not keeping the strength I need to push me through.

Last night I was trying to sleep and I just couldn't.. It came to 3am and I was wide awake, tummy grumbling. I was hungry. I desperatly wanted to just sleep knowing that i would burn calories through the night but yeh that did not happen. Once I get a thought into my head I obsess about it - food wise anyway. So I ended up making two crumpets with cheese and chilli sauce at 4am. Grr. Weighed this morning only lb down. So I'm back where I started at .5 ugh .
It's like two steps forward one back. I must be stronger.
Today I've had 696 cals (angel delight, cheese ceaser salad, 4 digestives) It's more then I planned to have today but I'm thinking of just drinking diet pepsi for the rest of the night. My boyfriend is taking me to see Toy Story 3 (yay) at 10pm so I'll buy two bottles of diet pepsi and drink that.
NO LATE NIGHT SNACKING!
