Just going to stand there and hear me cry, well that's alright because I love the way you lie.

I don't need anyone I can do this one on my own.

All I need is to control myself.

I've eaten shit this morning - few doritos, handful of harribo, ice lolly. Today I'm having a relaxing day, I am going to do my yoga, belly dance, 100 sit ups. I've been doing 100 sit ups each day for three days now - not sure if it's made a difference I need to buy a tape measure, I used to do an excessive amount of sit ups when I was younger and my tummy was deffinatly nicer then.

Re-learning old habits.

Meeting my friend later.. haven't planned to eat anything so thinking if I buy some diet coke then I could possibly not eat anything for 24hours until tomorrow afternoon. Will make up for yesterday eating a medium pizza to my fat self.

I NEED to loose 5lbs.. target it by Monday the latest. Then target next week will be half a stone.
